Stokes’ 25 carries Highland

COLUMBUS JUNCTION - In a Southeast Iowa Super Conference North Division boys basketball game, Columbus fell to Highland Monday 67-34 in a game scheduled originally for December.
Highland led 20-5 after a quarter but Columbus outscored the visitors in the second 16-15 for a 35-21 halftime score. A 21-7 third quarter clinched it for the Huskies.
Tristan Stokes had 15 points in the first half and 10 in the second for a game-high 25. Highland teammate Chase Schultz had 14.
Leading scorers for Columbus were Mason Hodges with 12 and Owen Watson with 10.
