Summer sand volleyball league formed

The Fairfield Park and Recreation Department announces a summer sand volleyball league. Co-ed, men?s, and women?s teams can participate.

Women?s league will be Mondays, men?s league will be Tuesdays, and Co-Ed league will be Thursdays with three time slots: 5:30, 6:30 or 7:30 p.m. Games will begin June 17 at the sand volleyball courts at O.B. Nelson Park. There will be six weeks of regular season play, followed by tournament play at the end of the season.

A $30 fee per team due with a registration form by 5 p.m. June 10.

The league is 4x4, with a minimum of two players and a maximum of four on each team. Players may only play for one team.
