Tigers lead area on Class 8-Man All-District list

The Class 8-Man District 4 All-District team was released late last month and New London, WACO and Winfield-Mt. Union all had names on the list. New London led the way with nine total players honored.

The Tigers had six players named All-District and three named to the honorable mention list. WACO had four players named to the All-District list and two named to the honorable mention list, and W-MU had one each.

New London's Jordan Johnson was also given one of the district's 'Golden Awards.” Players who are All-District caliber but were injured and didn't play enough are eligible for that award.

WACO's Nk Coble was named Co-Offensive MVP. New London's Shae Summerfield took Special Teams MVP.
