The last two days have been great. I forgot to update Friday, so here goes the last two days.
Yesterday was a very good, hard-fought day. I went 1-1 in two matches, losing to a tough kid, who is ranked 12th in the nation.
The whole match was very good and I was winning it all until 20 seconds left when he takes a late shot to secure the win and I decided to scramble with him, causing him to put me on my back to win the match, 12-8.
After wrestling, we went to an awesome outlet mall, which was a very good idea, but at the same time was very dumb because I spent a lot of money.
After that, we decided that relaxing at the hotel sounded like a good idea.
Today it is currently 2:09 p.m. and we are wrestling our last dual of the week.
I am currently 8-1 and am looking to either be a gold All-American or a silver All-American, depending on how this next match goes.
I won't be updating the next two days, due to the fact I will be spending time with the guys at the parks with no wrestling, but I'd like to thank everyone who followed my adventures, helped me fulfill my adventures, or may have supported me in any way.
I have been offered blessings on top of blessings and am so thankful the sport of wrestling is in my life.
I have learned so much through these trips, such as what I need to work on wrestling-wise and you best believe I'll be working on it.
I have learned that so many people, such as myself, think we have it so bad, and we may, but people who have went through hell and back are living their lives with such happiness every single day.
I have got the best training ever, which has showed me effort, new moves to use, and grit! I am so blessed and thankful.
There are many more adventures to come from me as I will be visiting my old friend Benny Bohr soon after I get back to Iowa to get some good wrestling in as well.
And the college career will be starting up, to which is still to be announced where.
But it should all be fun and amazing! Thanks again everyone!
