Trojan bowling sweeps Demons
Cass, McBride lead Fairfield to Southeast Conference victories

FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield bowling teams hosted Washington for a Southeast Conference battle on Monday afternoon. The Trojans scooped up a pair of wins, beating the Demons 2,654-2,103 on the boys’ side, and 1,852-213 on the boys’ side.
The Fairfield boys were led by Ethan Cass, who rolled a 417. Blake Ballew finished the meet at 414 to give the Trojans two double-digit scorers.
Dylan Adam finished at 340 for the Trojans. Kenneth Houston ended at 338. Axl Starr finished at 337, and Dayson Workman rolled a 335.
Washington didn’t have enough bowlers to score the full amount on the girls’ side, leaving the Demons at a huge disadvantage. Fairfield had two bowlers over 250, as Autumn McBride led the way with a 258, and Emma Cass rolled a 252.
Addison Harris finished the meet with a 245 for the Trojans. Emma Forest rolled a 220. Grace Forrest ended at 213, and Booklyn Gridley rolled a 134.
