The Fairfield eighth-grade boys? basketball team was back in action Tuesday vs. Ottumwa. The Trojans won the ?C? contest but dropped the two others.

The Fairfield eighth-grade boys? basketball team was back in action Tuesday vs. Ottumwa. The Trojans won the ?C? contest but dropped the two others.
Fairfield lost the ?A? game 47-27. Jordan Reid led the Trojans with 10 points, five boards and three steals. Alex Crile had five points and four steals, Logan Angstead finished with five points, and Trevor Drish added three. Nick Higgins and Nathan Davidson scored two points each.
Fairfield lost the ?B? game 26-17. Nathan Thompson each scored four points for Fairfield.
The Trojan ?C? team won 18-13. Cody Mathis and Trae Van Tassell scored six and four points, respectively, to lead the Trojans.
Fairfield continues its homestand vs. Mount Pleasant today.
