WACO boys track team takes 7th at Denny White Relays

Joining 19 other teams in the Denny White Relays at Mt. Pleasant Thursday, April 13, was the WACO boys track team. They finished in seventh place for the day.

Cornell Hulme took first place in the 100- and 200-meter dashes. He had a time of 11.41 in the 100 and 23.45 in the 200.

The team of Beau Becker, Jackson Roth, Colton Horak and Hulme took first in the 4x110-meter shuttle hurdles with a time of 1:01.58.

Elijay McGowan finished the 400-meter dash in second with a time of 55.58 and Beau Beckler took second in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 16.75.

The WACO boys? next meet is Tuesday, April 18, starting at 5 p.m. at home.
