WACO shut out for first time this season

WACO was limited to 86 net rushing yards and 23 yards in the air during their scoreless outing.
Tyler Ayers finished with 38 rushing yards on 14 carries and Tucker Janecek had 37 yards on five carries. Ayers also connected with Tanner Waterhouse on a 26-yard pass in the game.
Brett Hesseltine had seven tackles for WACO.
The Lions upped their record to 5-1 overall and 4-0 in Class A District 5, while the Warrriors fell to 4-2 overall and 2-2 in the district.
WACO hosts winless W-MU on Friday.
