WACO sweeps Van Buren County
Warriors win 3 tight games in South showdown

WAYLAND — Every single game between the WACO and Van Buren County volleyball teams went right down to the wire on Tuesday night, but every single one went one way.
WACO took all three sets in a Southeast Iowa Super Conference South Division sweep, beating Van Buren County 25-21, 25-21, 25-23.
The Tigers were led by an 11-kill, 10-dig night from Ellah Kissell. Marie Farmer had seven.
Grace Coble dished out a team-high 20 assists in WACO’s win. Jocelyn Fulton led with 11 digs.
WACO moved to 20-12 overall and 3-5 in the South with the victory. Van Buren County is now 10-17 overall and 2-4 in league play.
