Wagler signs with Cornell
WAYLAND — WACO’s Bralynn Wagler will be headed to Mount Vernon next fall. The Warrior senior signed her letter of intent to attend and wrestle at Cornell College.
Wagler signed her letter this week, surrounded by coaches and family.
Wagler is coming into her senior year after finishing eighth in the 220-pound bracket at the girls’ state wrestling tournament last season. This will be the first girls’ wrestling season that is sanctioned by the state of Iowa.
Wagler will join a Cornell team that currently has eight wrestlers on the roster.
