Wapello, Holy Trinity advance to SEISC finals

WAPELLO — Both the top two seeds advanced in Wapello’s pool of the Southeast Iowa Super Conference tournament. The Indians and Crusaders will both be at Saturday’s final eight at Southeastern Community College.
Both teams swept Hillcrest Academy, Danville and Lone Tree, 2-0 in each match, to clinch a spot in the tournament.
HTC and Wapello went at it as well, with the Crusaders coming out on top, 21-11, 21-14.
