Warriors bring back full team

The WACO golf teams are back on the course this season with many returning athletes, and the young group has even added a few more golfers as it strives to improve from last season.

The girls? team returns district runner-up and all-conference golfer Michaela Kremer, who is a senior this year. She is joined by returning sophomores Bailey Graber and Keysha Dixon. The team adds Katelyn Thomson, a freshman.

The boys? team returns juniors Ben Fear, Tanner Waterhouse and Aaron Barnhart, and sophomores Dylon Evans and Jon McArtor.

They add junior Roman Proskin and sophomores Dillon Douglas and Isaac Black.

Both teams, which are coach by Bob Hilmer, had a record under .500 last season, but are aiming for improvement after adding experience and a few new faces.

The Warriors begin their season on Monday, April 2, when they travel to Wapello. The meet begins at 4 p.m.
