Washington bowling teams in dual at Sigourney
The Washington bowling teams took part in a dual at Sigourney Wednesday, Jan. 18, with the boys team winning 2,440 to 2,332 and while the girls team was uncontested, they had a final score of 1,771.
Collin Zear led the boys team in scoring, after rolling a 158 and a 223 for a total of 381.

The Washington bowling teams took part in a dual at Sigourney Wednesday, Jan. 18, with the boys team winning 2,440 to 2,332 and while the girls team was uncontested, they had a final score of 1,771.
Collin Zear led the boys team in scoring, after rolling a 158 and a 223 for a total of 381.
Maclain Leyden rolled a 335 (178, 157) followed by Tucker Renoux with a 157 and 175 for a 332. Bailey Curtis rolled a total of 323 (199, 124) and Kylan Gillette ended with a 179 and 128 for a 307.
In the Baker games, Washington won 762 to 749.
Trista Kelly took the lead for the girls? team having a total of 120 in the first game and a 128 in the second for a 248 total.
Rylie Swart had a 225 (87, 138) followed by Bailey Brown with a 220 (96, 124), Taylor Janecek rolled a 210 (94, 116) and Taylor Northup had a 96 and 110 for a total of 206.
The girls had a total of 662 in the Baker games.
The teams next take to the lanes Saturday, Jan. 21, beginning at 2 p.m. when they face Mt. Pleasant at home.
