Washington County Archers receive grant
The Washington County Archers were given a $2,500 grant from the Mt. Pleasant Walmart Distribution Center at the group?s annual meeting on Sept. 16. The funds will go to local archery programs to help teach and educate children as well as adults in the practice of archery, which the WCA says will teach and instill core life skills that children can learn and benefit from in the future.
