Washington eighth grade girls track at Fairfield

The Washington girls track team was part of the Fairfield Relays Monday, April 24. The team ended the day in fourth place out of six teams.

Sophia Kleese took second in the long jump and the 4x800-meter relay team of Sydney Cuddeback, Trina Griffin, Cameron Malichky and Taylor Brinning took second place.

Brynn Beenblossom took third place in the high jump as well as the 400-meter dash.

Alivia Emery had a third-place finish in the 800- and 1500-meter runs.

Kelli Dallmeyer came in third place in the 100-meter hurdles and Sophia Kleese, Josie Tanner, Ava Reed and Dallmeyer finished the shuttle hurdle relay in third place.
