Westphal leads 47 golfers at Airport National
The group of area golfers that travels eastern Iowa to play in outings to raise money for the American Cancer Society played at Airport National Public Golf Course in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday, June 4.
Bill Westphal fired a 65 to lead a field of 47 golfers. Craig Arbuckle and Doug Dunlap both carded a 71.

The group of area golfers that travels eastern Iowa to play in outings to raise money for the American Cancer Society played at Airport National Public Golf Course in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday, June 4.
Bill Westphal fired a 65 to lead a field of 47 golfers. Craig Arbuckle and Doug Dunlap both carded a 71.
Maynard Goff won the handicap competition, with Clarence Brown and LaVerne Geyer tying for second place. Westphal came in fourth, and Denny Sorrell was fifth. Bud Dameron, Jerry Westermark and Dale Torpey tied for sixth place.
