Wildcats end 10-game season

WAPELLO - The Columbus High School football completed its 10-game season with a 62-0 loss to the Indians Friday.

Jeff Hoback went 6 for 10 for 25 yards passing while Columbus teammate Tucker Bright had nine carries for 45 yards.

Bawi Uk completed a 30-yard pass to Bright.

Mason Hodges gained 12 yards on nine carries.

Gus Anaya had a four-yard reception while Mason Hodges caught two passes. Bright had four catches totaling 47 yards.

Bright led the Wildcat defense with nine solo tackles and assisted on nine more. Gabe Alcala had three solo stops.

Columbus finishes with a 1-9 ledger.
