Wildcats fall to Wilton
Columbus suffered a four-set non-conference loss to Wilton on Monday night. The visiting Beavers won by scores of 25-19, 13-25, 25-23 and 25-20.

Columbus suffered a four-set non-conference loss to Wilton on Monday night. The visiting Beavers won by scores of 25-19, 13-25, 25-23 and 25-20.

Senior Shayne VanAuken had an outstanding night from the serving line, going a perfect 17-for-17 with six aces. Winters added four aces.
Freshman Laura Mincks had a team-high eight digs in the match, and Megan Pretz had six.
Wilton also won the junior varsity match by scores of 21-7 and 24-22. Columbus won the fresh/soph match by scores of 21-12 and 21-14.
