Washington County Public Health offers a variety of health related resources to the community. The services include child health, community health, maternal health, immunizations, home care, dental services, blood pressure clinics, emergency preparedness, environmental health and more.

Washington County Hospital and Clinics is the main hospital serving Washington County. A family medicine building is located nearby for family practice physicians. They also have a cardiology, family medicine, neurology and women’s clinic.

WCPH is committed to protecting and promoting the health of residents of Washington County. The department provides a range of services, including immunization clinics, health inspections, and emergency preparations, as well as more individual services, like in-home care, maternal health and dental screenings.

Expecting parents and those with children up to four years old can be paired with a trained Parent Educator who will make in-home visits at convenient times. Educators listen to ideas and questions and work with parents to decide on a plan that will best serve their needs.
