Hawthorne, a creative, analytics and technology-driven advertising agency via the Hawthorne Community Causes Committee (HCCC), recently awarded a donation to the Greater Fairfield Area Habitat for Humanity.

The Hawthorne Community Committee (HCCC) is part of Hawthorne’s larger Corporate Social Responsibility program which makes contributions to the community as one of its initiatives. The committee was inspired by founder Tim Hawthorne’s dedication to the community over that past few decades and made possible by the continued generosity of Jessica Hawthorne-Castro.

“Thank you for your dedication to Habitat for Humanity/ReStore,” said Shanaz Kreider, Manager of the Greater Fairfield Area Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

Greater Fairfield Area Habitat for Humanity is part of the global, nonprofit housing organization Habitat for Humanity International. The organization is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes, advocating for fair and just housing policies, and providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions.

Jessica Hawthorne-Castro, CEO of Hawthorne said, “It is rewarding to support the Greater Fairfield Area Habitat for Humanity in reaching their goal of building homes for individuals and families in need in the community.”

The Habitat for Humanity ReStore located in Fairfield, is a donation-based discount home improvement store connected to the Greater Fairfield Area Habitat for Humanity. All profits from sales after operating expenses go directly to the affiliate to support its charity mission of building homes for local people and families in need of affordable, safe housing.

The HCCC is responsible for the usage of the agency’s monthly allocated community charitable contributions and selections. Those interested in having their community related needs considered for contributions may email Hawthorne at: mary.viccari@hawthornedirect.com.
