Arrests

Nov. 4 – 6:37 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 1000 block of W. Henry St., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 4 – 4:43 a.m., arrest-warrant from other agency was reported at 2nd and Burlington, Fairfield. Jodie Hansen, 29, of Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear – driving while suspended, canceled, denied or revoked.

Nov. 4 – 8:05 a.m., Dawn Rhoads, 27, of Ottumwa, was arrested and charged for theft – 3rd degree, possession of a controlled substance – 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of a controlled substance – 3rd or subsequent offense and criminal trespass.

Nov. 4 – 1:09 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Antoine Sykes II, 23, of Ottumwa, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation on original charge of prohibited acts possession of marijuana.

Nov. 4 – 1:51 p.m., Abigail Boyd, 23, of Burlington, was arrested for driving while license suspended X 5, failure to obey stop sign and given a warning for tinted windows.

Nov. 4 – 5:01 p.m., Ashley McWhortor, 22, of Washington, was arrested for violation of a no contact protective order.

Nov. 4 – 8:48 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Rheannon Seeman, 36, Cedar Rapids, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charge driving under suspension.

Nov. 5 – 7:30 p.m., arrest/warrant was reported in the 300 block of Polk Ave., Fairfield. Felicity McCloud, 20, of Fairfield was arrested on active warrants.

Nov. 5 – 9:48 a.m., traffic stop serious was reported in the 1100 block of W. Madison St., Washington. Jerry Davis, 34, of Washington, was arrested for child endangerment D felony and tattooing permit requirement. Monica Wood, 38, of Washington was arrested for child endangerment D felony.

Nov. 5 – 12:52 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 300 block of W. 2nd St., Ottumwa. Anthony Price, 50, of Eddyville, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for trial on original charge of driving under suspension.
