Arrests

Nov. 16 – 10:34 p.m., Morgan Randolph, 30, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with contempt of court, violation of restraining and order. Chrystal Walterman, 31, of Fairfield, was cited for contempt of court, violation of restraining order – aiding and abetting.

Nov. 16 – 11:16 p.m., warrant service was reported in the 400 block of W. Briggs Ave., Fairfield.

Nov. 17 – 8:03 a.m., warrant service was reported in the 300 block of W. Polk Ave., Fairfield.

No. 17 – 2:21 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported in the 500 block of W. Broadway Ave., Fairfield. Kelly Standard, 26, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Nov. 18 – 3:01 p.m., warrant from other agency was reported at Fairfield Parks and Recreation Center, Fairfield. Joseph Lancaster was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Nov. 18 – 4:38 p.m., warrant service was reported in the 1000 block of W. Jefferson Ave., Fairfield. Caleb Kruse, 35, of Fairfield, was arrested for probation violation.

Nov. 18 – 5:10 p.m., warrant service was reported in the 700 block of W. Grimes Ave., Fairfield.

Nov. 18 – 7:21 a.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 2000 block of E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Traffic Accidents

Nov. 16 – 2:21 p.m., traffic accident was reported at E. 11th St. and N. 12th Ave., Washington. Amy Dewolf, 43, of Washington, was arrested for

OWI 1st offences and failure to maintain control.

Nov. 16 – 10:02 a.m., motor vehicle accident with damage was reported in the 2100 block of Hwy. 78, Winfield.

Nov. 16 – 11:52 a.m., motor vehicle accident with damage was reported in the 100 block of N. Jefferson St., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 16 – 9:17 p.m., motor vehicle accident with damage was reported in the 1300 block N. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 16 – 11:23 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 400 block of S. Marion Ave., Washington.

Nov. 19 – 11:53 a.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 100 block of N. Olive St., Winfield.

Nov. 19 – 2:12 p.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 1500 block of E. Mapleleaf Dr., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 19 – 2:11 p.m., harassment was reported in the 200 block of Forest Dr., Fairfield.

Runaway/Missing Person

Nov. 16 – 2:21 a.m., missing/runaway was reported in the 200 block E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Fire

Nov. 16 – 3:06 a.m., general fire call was reported in the 600 block of E. Warren St., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 16 – 2:00 p.m., field/timber/grass fire was reported in the 2000 block of Racine Ave., Mt. Union.

Nov. 18 – 12:19 p.m., fire calls was reported in the 200 block of East St., Pleasant Plain. Jefferson County then advised to disregard any units, the fire is out.

Nov. 18 – 1:52 p.m., fire calls was reported in the 800 block of 2nd Pl., Kalona. Home owner put the fire out.

Nov. 18 – 2:06 p.m., fire calls was reported in the 800 block of 13th St., Kalona. The homeowner put the fire out.

Nov. 18 – 7:11 a.m., general fire call was reported in the 500 block of W. Adams St., New London.

Nov. 18 - 4:39 p.m., burn complaint was reported in the 200 block of W. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 19 – 12:37 p.m., fire call was reported in the 1600 block of Riverside Rd., Riverside. Riverside Fire responded and disregarded all other responding units. There was just some straw on fire outside of the foundation.

Nov. 16 – 12:45 a.m., assault was reported in the 1400 block of Fir Ave., Wellman.

Nov. 17 – 2:19 a.m., assault was reported in the 100 block of 10th Ave., Wellman.

Nov. 17 – 9:56 a.m., assault was reported in the 1100 block of Sunset Dr., Fairfield.

Nov. 18 – 1:59 p.m., assault was reported in the 900 block of S. Iris St., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 19 – 7:55 a.m., assault was reported in the 2700 block of Dakota Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 19 – 9:46 a.m., assault was reported in the 1100 block of E. Washington St., Washington.

Nov. 20 – 12:08 a.m., assault was reported in the 700 block of N. B Ave., Washington.

Theft

Nov. 16 – 3:26 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 2600 block of Marsh Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 16 – 4:17 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 200 block of E. Langdon St., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 18 – 4:28 p.m., theft was reported in the 1500 block of E. Washington St., Washington.

Nov. 18 – 6:11 p.m., theft was reported in the 3100 block of Hwy. 22, Riverside.

Nov. 18 – 10:16 p.m., theft was reported in the 100 block of W. Washington St., Washington.

Nov. 18 – 11:46 a.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 200 block of E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 18 – 6:51 a.m., theft from motor vehicle was reported at Walmart, Fairfield.

Nov. 19 – 11:49 a.m., theft was reported in the 300 block of W. Depot Ave., Fairfield.

Nov. 19 – 1:30 p.m., theft was reported in the 800 block of N. 12th St., Fairfield.

Nov. 19 –1:09 p.m., theft was reported in the 3100 block of Hwy. 92, Ainsworth.

Burglary

Nov. 17 – 5:00 p.m., Eduardo Garcia-Guzman, 28, of Mt. Pleasant, was arrested and charged with burglary in the 3rd degree, d-felony, criminal mischief in the 5th degree, simple misdemeanor, trespassing, simple misdemeanor and traffic violations.

Nov. 18 – 8:04 p.m., burglary was reported in the 700 block of N. B Ave., Washington.

Nov. 19 – 6:26 p.m., burglary was reported in the 1900 block of E. Washington St., Washington.

Drugs

Nov. 16 – 2:44 p.m., drug/narcotics violation was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Robert Milford, 72, of Ottumwa was arrested for OWI 1st offense. Milford was also arrested on a warrant for violation of parole on original charge, prohibited acts methamphetamine no bond.

Nov. 19 – 8:51 p.m., drug/narcotics violation was reported in the 200 block E. 2nd St., Washington.

Sexual Assault

Nov. 16 – 10:33 a.m., sex offenses was reported in the 300 block S. Jefferson St., Mt. Pleasant.

Nov. 6 – 3:08 p.m., destruction/damage/vandalism of property/sexual offense –force-fondling was reported in the 2200 block of W. Hills Dr., Fairfield. Lance Wild, 42, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief 5th degree and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse.

DUIs

Nov. 17 – 6:12 a.m., intoxicated driver was reported in the 2200 block of Ginkgo Ave., Keota. Nahara Mendez, 33, of Ainsworth, was arrested for OWI 1st offense and cited for failure to maintain control and written warning for no insurance.

Nov. 16 – 3:18 a.m., driving under influence – OWI was reported at 32nd and Burlington Ave., Fairfield., Garrett Wilson, 25, of Rockford, IL, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated 2nd offense.
