Riverside Casino & Golf Resort to reopen June 1

RIVERSIDE — The doors at the Riverside Casino & Golf Resort opened at 6 a.m. today, June 1, according to a statement from the company.

Gov. Kin Reynolds announced May 26 that all casinos could reopen in accordance with the Iowa Department of Public Health, the Department of Inspection and upholds the CDC (Center for Disease Control) guidelines. In a statement from the Riverside Casino & Gold Resort it states Elite Casino Resorts’ Riverside Casino & Golf Resort® plans to reopen. ELITE Sportsbook™ also will reopen for new sign ups and in person sports wagering.

The hotel, spa, Ruthie’s Steak & Seafood, Draft Day Sports Lounge, 22 & Vine Café and Cete also will reopen with the 22 & Vine Café now be open for breakfast and featuring a new menu, the release states. Blue Top Ridge and The Performance Studio previously opened in April.

“Our team has been busy preparing Riverside Casino & Golf Resort to be ready to welcome our guests back. Our team has enhanced our already stringent cleaning regimen and placed signage to keep everyone mindful of social distancing and other CDC and Health Department guidelines. We are ready to provide a great experience for our guests in a clean and safe environment,” said Dan Franz, General Manager, in a statement.
