WASHINGTON – The 26th annual Lighted Holiday Parade will take place on Saturday, Nov. 28.
Businesses and organizations are encouraged to enter a lighted float to kick off the holiday season.
The event brings about 1,000 to 1,500 people every year to see the different decorations and businesses.
With current COVID-19 concerns, floats are asked to not distribute candy or give handouts during the parade.
The route will be extended this year to allow for attendees to spread out, but Main Street Washington highly recommends both those on floats and in attendance to wear masks.
Pre-registration is required, but there is no fee to enter.
Those interested can register by Nov. 23.
